Beyond the Coral: My Wreck Dive Experience with Amadive.|Diving a Sunken Ship in Vietnam: My Wreck Dive with the Amadive Team.|The Ghost Ship of Con Dao: Wreck Diving with Amadive Con Dao.

When I booked my dive trip to Con Dao, I was picturing beautiful reefs. And I found them. But I saw something on the Amadive itinerary: **Diving a Sunken Wreck**. My heart jumped. This was more than a typical dive; this was exploration into the past.

I'll admit, I felt a little apprehensive. Wreck diving requires extra care. But the crew at **Amadive** were incredible. The PADI instructors gave us a very thorough safety briefing. We discussed our safety procedures, the story of the wreck, and what to expect down there. The fact we were in a small group immediately put me at ease comfortable.

Descending was magical. First, it was just a shadow in the distance, then suddenly it came into view. It was enormous. The ship is now a thriving artificial reef, draped in soft corals and teeming with marine life. We saw big groupers peeking from inside the cargo hold, and lionfish patrolling the cracks. That feeling of gliding alongside this silent, ghostly structure was hard to describe—haunting, awe-inspiring, and humbling all at once. It's a time capsule on the seabed.

For any an Open Water diver (or higher) coming website to Con Dao and seeking something more the standard reef, I cannot recommend this **Con Dao wreck dive** highly enough. It was the unforgettable highlight of my diving trip. A huge shout-out to the **Amadive** crew for their expertise and for making this unforgettable experience so safe.
